Arrival to Muscat
Arabia Experience Institute will pick up all students arriving at the Muscat International Airport at any time of the day, during week days and weekends. Upon arrival please head to the Ooredoo telecommunication counter in the arrival hall and look for a Arabia Experience Institute representative.
Departing from Muscat
Arabia Experience Institute will organize transportation to Muscat International Airport on any day and any time of the days. Please advise Arabia Experience Institute in advance of your departure so that we can coordinate transportation.
Arranging Own Transport to Institute
After Arriving At Muscat International Airport, purchase an Omani SIM card and some credit at the Ooredoo or Omantel telecommunications counter in the arrival hall and call +968 24002000 (AEI Administration) or +968 93999391 (Nasser Al Jabri) to inform us
about your safe arrival. Please take a taxi or other mode of transportation to Arabia Experience Institute in Al Maabilah South.
Our institute is staffed from Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you arrive outside of our working times, please make sure to arrange in advance that someone meets you to let you into the accommodation.
